We bought a house out of state and used VCG to sell our house for us. Since we were in a different state we also had them project manage a few repairs for us before the house hit the market. Once everything was done they put the house on the market and sold it in four days over asking. They made this easy for us and will definitely recommend them to friends.

Can't say enough good things about my experiences with Valerie. She helped me navigate the purchase of two rental properties over the years. She stayed on top of every move and I never had to call her once to get updates. Every move made was conveyed to me as they happened. One of the properties had 13 people vying for the purchase and I feel without Valerie there was no way I'd have gotten the house at the price I did. Her advice on my bid saved me from making too large an offer, saving me a good bit of money. Valerie also helped me prepare another property to sell, advising me on where I needed to focus for maximum impact. I was about to sink money into fixing things that she assured me wouldn't make a difference on the sale. She suggested other small fixes that cost half the money and did indeed make a bigger difference. Once again her advice saved me a lot of money.
