What can I type?
Anything you'd say to a friend who's helping you house-hunt. Neighborhoods, ZIP codes, beds, baths, price ranges, property types (single-family, townhome, condo, multi-family, land), and features like pool, basement, gated, no HOA, BeltLine, in-law suite, luxury, or acreage. Mix and match in any order.
Does it use AI?
It uses smart pattern recognition that runs entirely in your browser. No data leaves your device, no waiting for a server response. We built it specifically for Atlanta's MLS so it understands the local geography (BeltLine, ITP, intown) the way a real person would.
What if it doesn't catch what I meant?
We show you what we extracted right under the search box, so you can see if we got it right before submitting. If you mention something we don't recognize as a filter, we still pass it through as a free-text search, so addresses and MLS numbers always work.
How accurate are the listings?
Our listings sync from FMLS every 15 minutes, so prices, status, and new homes are typically current within the hour. If a listing went under contract this morning, our search reflects that.
Can I still use the regular filters?
Yes. The advanced filter card is collapsed under the search results so you can layer in price tiers, sort orders, and specific features after you run a search. Both work together.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The same search runs on phones with a mobile-friendly keyboard. Speak-to-text works too, so you can voice-dictate your search if your hands are full.
